Daniella Platt debuts Looking Good, Ten Commandments To Be A Sales Rockstar & Fashion Startup Playbook on the Ron Coumings show, June 15. Tune in... for the reveals.
To recap, if you haven’t tuned in, Ronald Coumings show is quite fun. We talked about how entrepreneurs work to align higher and he had me in giggles!
Coming from corporate, pivoting to mommyhood, thinking we’d get a puppy – not babies, I wanted the big picture to be different. I didn’t know the roadmap. What I did find is I thought creatives would want my fashion expertise (which they do), but really, they said to me “can you sell my line?”
But… what if I can teach creatives how to sell, how to tweak their message, re-write their scripts, to get into stores, to get the booth at the tradeshow, to land the tricky client, to get on stage at an event? I do it through the Ten Commandments To Be A Sales Rockstar process. And, I get the calls saying “Daniella, I got it!” and it’s makes my heart melt.
So I wrote a book about it: Looking Good! It’s not to reveal the secrets because they’re not secrets, it’s just my 20 years of expertise and relationship building. It’s a goldmine, one I don’t want to keep. So take it! Watch the show as we reveal more and more… It’s not just for fashion, but they say stay in your lane… so it’s fashion, sales, and any creative wanting to sell.
Want to come to my virtual book party launch? Text me at 859-359-6190 with the word PARTY !

These days are rough. In the process, here are some tips to help stay connected and focused.
Are you connecting with your community? Go LIVE on your platforms.
If you have a special offer or you’re helping those in need, share it with your community and media. Use this time to deepen relationships. People want to work with people they K.L.T.
Ask "How do you make a grilled cheese sandwich?"
This is a fun way to gain insight and learn about a person, and a fun way to bond as we work remotely. It seems like a random question, but how a person answers is how that person processes information. If it's short, they like a little information. A detailed answer means, they like details. Ask and also, go enjoy a grilled cheese sandwich.
Be Productive and Proactive.
Pivot your worry and chaos to a strategic plan. Focus on what you can control.
Set up a digital business card.
We won’t be exchanging physical cards for a while, will we?
Create a 'war room' for your ideas.
Create a space for you to write down your ideas. Pick one or two things you feel you can accomplish and go for it. Obstacles bring about new needs.
I hope you are safe and well. We are offering "Pandemic Proceeds" on the Workshops & FITTING IN Fashion Startup Playbook with 25% of proceeds being donated to efforts to mobilize supply chain efforts and help mitigate the crisis.
Let me know how I can be of help to you? You can be by yourself but you don't need to be alone.
